Mr. Donahue has a comprehensive finance and strategy background in start-up and privately- held companies in North America and Europe. He also has extensive international finance experience with Fortune-100 companies and privately held companies in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Russia and the CIS, Africa, Latin America and North America.
Mr. Donahue has completed over $250 million of funding for early and late stage start-up companies since 2000, including venture capital financing, equipment lease financing, working capital financing and bridge financing. He also completed over $300 million of institutional and sovereign financing for emerging growth companies and over $2 billion in various types of debt and equity financing for public multinational companies. His financing transactions include an IPO in Sri Lanka, project financing in China, Islamic funding across Asia-Pacific, bridge financing in India, fixed asset, institutional equity and working capital financing in Russia, and export financing in Africa. He also has an extensive global mergers, acquisitions and divestitures background. He has served on the Board of Directors of public companies in Australia, India, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.
Mr. Donahue holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Economics from Florida State University and a B.A. in business from the University of South Florida. He attended the Executive Program (SEP) at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS) at the University of California, San Diego. He and his wife, Gail, are founding members of the IR/PS 21st Century China Program, a leading research and educational center dedicated to the study of contemporary China and emphasizing interactive as well as scholarly engagement with China

He is currently a Senior Partner and Chief Executive Advisor at Reddy & Co providing Strategic Business and Technology Advisory services to selective clients across world.
Most recently Mr. Reddy led the Global Practice for Infrastructure Strategy and Operations practice at Booz & Co with offerings such as Cloud Computing and Service Strategies, Virtualization and Automation, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Strategic Multi-Vendor Sourcing, and Asset Life-Cycle Management. Previously he was member of Accenture's Technology Consulting Global Leadership team with focus on IT Strategy and Transformation, Cloud Computing and Virtualization, Green IT, DC Technology and Operations across sectors with primary responsibility for Financial Services Operating Group. Prior to Accenture, Mr. Reddy was CEO of sec|zone, a silicon valley based enterprise security and fraud prevention software startup, providing integrated governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions based on AI neural networks, hybrid data analytics and mining, risk-resilient heuristics and genetic algorithms, machine learning, anomalous behavioral pattern recognition, intent data normalization, and predictive scenario foresight visualization. Mr. Reddy also held leadership roles as Consulting Director in Professional Services at Computer Associates (NYSE: CA - Enterprise cloud and IT management solutions), and Manager in MCS group at PriceWaterhouse LLP. Kevin was selected and honored by Hillary Clinton with the prestigious 'Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business' award in 2006.
Bogdan Cirlig is a seasoned technologist and angel investor who's founded over 7 tech companies in the past 20 years. He's is currently serving as CTO and technical co-founder at AdPerk.com.
Bogdan has spent his most recent 10 years developing a passion for bootstrapping web start-ups and also mentoring young aspiring entrepreneurs in many aspects of launching a tech company, raising capital while also seeding companies himself. Bogdan practices Lean start-up approach while employing rapid prototyping technologies such as Node.js/Mongo/Heroku stacks. He started his first company when he was 19, back in his native county, Romania and sold it to a local advertising company before relocating to the US in early 2000.
Over the years Bogdan developed a phenomenal pragmatism when building products designed to solve real customer problems. He is also an active participant in the local Silicon Valley tech and investment community, active Github contributor and also serves as Advisor for several start-ups. Bogdan holds an international MBA and currently lives in Los Gatos, CA with his wife and 2 girls.
